# How to check the outstanding amount of the customer in Web?

**To check the outstanding amount of the customer, please follow the below mentioned steps:**

**Step 1: Go to “Customers Section”.**

**Step 2: Select the “customer” \>\> Click on “View Ledger”.**

**Step 3: Select the “Date Range” \>\> “View outstanding balance” \>\> Click on “Share”\>\> “Download PDF/ Excel”.**

**Note: The closing balance of the last FY will be considered as opening balance in current FY.**
