# How to check GSP username and change password in the E-way bill portal?

I have forgotten the GSP username and password of the E-way bill portal, how to check the credentials?

**To check GSP username and change password in the E-way bill portal, please follow the steps below:**

**Step 1: Click on “Login”.**

**Step 2: Enter the “E-way portal User name, Password and captcha”.**

**Step 3: Click on “Login”.**

**Step 4: Once you logged in to E-way bill portal. Next, Click on “Registration” and Select for “FOR GSP”.**

**Step 5: Click on “Send OTP”.**  
**You will receive an OTP for GST registered Email and mobile number.**

**Step 6: Click on “View” and make a note of “GSP Username”.**

If you wish to change password, click on change password and proceed.
