# How to change invoice language in web?

To change the invoice language, please follow the steps mentioned below:

**Step 1:** Please go to Document Settings

**Step 2** : Select Language in PDF as your desired language

**Please note that this settings will not translate invoice English text to desired language.**

**To show the text in the desired language on invoice add the Company name, Customer Name, Product Name and Notes/Terms in the desired language.**

Refer to the below Images to add Company Name, Customer Name, Product Name and Notes/Terms in the desired language.

**After adding Company Details, Customers, Products and Notes, please create an Invoice.**

**Only the text entered in the desired language will be shown in that language, all the other details will be shown in English only.**
