# How to bulk download the sales order on web?

To bulk download the sales order on web please follow the below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Go to **quotations** in your swipe application and click on **sales order**.

Step 2: Click on **Actions** , select **Bulk actions** and select the sales orders that you want to download.  
Click on **Download PDF**.

Step 3: A confirmation message will appear, click on **Ok**.

The downloaded invoices will be saved in More Dropdown \>\> My Drive \>\> Downloads.

Note:  
**1.You can download 50 invoices at a time.**  
**2. Bulk actions feature is available only in Jet Plan and above Plans.**  
**3. Bulk actions feature is available only in Web version.**
