# How to add the company seal and signature to bills?

**We request you to capture a single photo that includes both the signature and the seal.** Next, follow the steps below to add a add signature:

Go to Settings \>\> Signatures \>\> Add New Signature \>\> Add the signature Details \>\> Save and Update.
