# How to add suffix for current financial year 26-27 on Web?

To add suffix for current financial year, please follow the steps given below:

**Step 1:** Go to Document Settings

**Step 2:** Click on Add Prefixes/Suffixes

**Step 3:** I am adding suffix for Invoice, Select suffix and Click on Add suffix.

**Step 4:** Enter the desired suffix. Click on Submit.

For Example - We entered /25-26 here

You can make the suffix as default by enabling the toggle.  
You can add suffix for other documents as well following the same procedure.

**Step 5:** The added suffix will be reflected as below while creating an invoice.
