# How to add signature for an existing invoice on web?

To add signature for an existing invoice on web, please follow below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Click on **Invoices under Sales** and edit the desired invoice click on **Three dots and Edit.**

Step 2: **Select the signature** from dropdown menu.

Step 3: Click on **Save.**
