# How to add prefixes for current Financial Year 26 - 27 in IOS?

To add prefixes for financial year FY26-27 in IOS, please follow the steps given below:

**Step 1.** Go to **More** and click on **Document Settings**.

**Step 2** : Click on **Prefixes and Suffixes.**

**Step 3** : Select the document you want to change prefix for.

**Step 4.** Click on **Add Prefix**.

**Step 5** : Enter the prefix you want to add and **Save**.

**Step 6.** To select the Prefix while creating an Invocie, Click on the **Edit option next to Invocie number**.

**Step 7.** Click on **Select Prefix** , select the Prefix **FY26-27** , and click on **Save & Update**.

Now the Prefix FY26-27 will be added to the Invoice.
