# How to add Default Notes to Quotation on Mobile?

**To add Default Notes to Quotation in Mobile Application, Follow the below mentioned Steps:**

**Step 1:** Click on **More** in the Taskbar **\>\>** Select **Notes & Terms** in the Settings.

**Step 2:** Select **Quotation** and Click on **Add New.**

**Step 3:**  **Add Label** and **Add Notes** in the given Section.

**Example:** We have Added **“2025 as Label”** and **“Quotation for 2025 as Notes”**

**Step 4:** Select **Set as Default** and Click on **Save.**
