# How to add a Prefix to Purchase Order on Web?

To add Prefix to Purchase Order in web, please follow the below mentioned steps:

**Step 1:** Go to **Sales** and click on **Document Settings.**

**Step 2:** Select the **Prefixes/suffixes** option.

**Step 3:** Click on **Prefixes,** select Purchase Order and click on **+Add Prefix.**

**Step 4:** Add **Prefix** in the given option and click on **Save.**

**Example:** Here we have added **“PurchaseO” as Prefix.**

**Step 5:** This how added prefix will look like while creating **Purchase Order.**
