# How much was the customer's outstanding balance in last Financial Year on Web?

**To View the Customer’s outstanding balance in last Financial Year, follow the below mentioned steps:**

**Step 1 :** Click on **Customers** in the Taskbar.

**Step 2 :** Select the **Customer** and click on **View Ledger**.

**Step 3 :** Click on **Custom Date Range**  **\>\>** Select **FY 25-26.**

**Step 4 :** You can view the **Customer’s outstanding balance in last FY 25-26.**

**Note: The closing balance of the last FY will be considered as opening balance in current FY.**
