# How do I enable permission for a user to convert documents to Sales Return on Web?

**To enable permission for a user to convert documents to Sale Return on Web, follow the below mentioned steps:**

**Step 1:** Click on **Invite Users.**

**Step 2:**  **All Users/Roles** \>\> Click on **Roles and Permissions** \>\> Click on **Edit.**

**Step 3:** Go to **Documents** \>\> **Conversions** \>\> Enable the option **“Convert to Sale Return”** \>\> Click on **Edit Role.**
