# How can I Edit a Prefix of Quotation on Mobile?

To edit Prefix of **Quotation** in Mobile Application, kindly go through below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Open the **Swipe Billing Application** and Click on **Document Settings** in Quick Access.

Step 2: Click on **Quotation Invoice Prefix**.

Step 3: From the dropdown Menu **Select Prefix you want to Edit,** Click on **3 dots to edit the Selected Prefix.**

Step 4: Change the **Label of Prefix.**

For e.g I have **changed**  **QUOTATION** to **QUTOO**

Step 5: In the Quotation **Edited Prefix** will be shown.
