# How can I add a Suffix to Purchase on Web?

**To add Suffix to Purchase Invoice in Mobile Application, You have to First add Suffix in the Web Application.**

**Step 1:** Click on **Sales** in the Taskbar and Select **Document Settings.**

**Step 2:** Select the **Add Prefixes/Suffixes** Option in the **Document Settings.**

**Step 3:** Click on **Purchase** Select **Suffixes** and **Click on Add Suffix.**

**Step 4:** Add **Suffix** in the given option and **Click on Submit.**

**Example:** Here we have added **“123” as Suffix.**

**Step 5:**  **Suffix** will be added When creating **Purchase Invoice.**
