# How can I add a prefix to sales on mobile?

**To add Prefix to Sales Invoice in Mobile Application, follow the below mentioned steps:**

**Step 1:** Open the **Mobile Application** and Click on **Document Settings** in Quick Access.

**Step 2:** Select option of **Invoice Prefix** and Click on **Add New.**

**Step 3:** In the **Label Option** add new Prefix and **Click on Save.**

**Example :** We are taking **INVY as New Prefix.**

**Step 4:** In the **Invoice,** select the **‘Edit’** option.

**Step 5:** Select the **Prefix** and **Click on Add New Prefix.**
