From the above message, we understand that you are trying to generate an E-invoice for a document that was created without adding any items.

Please note that an **HSN code** is mandatory for generating an E-invoice, and HSN codes are fetched from the items added to the document. Therefore, E-invoices cannot be generated for documents that were created without selecting or adding item.
