# Encountering Error Message : E-Invoice Already Generated for this serial number - /einvoice/create\_einvoice

It seems that you have already created an E-invoice for the same document number. Please search/check the E-invoice under the E-invoice section.

Please note that, it not possible to generate E-invoice if you have already generated an E-invoice with the same document number. Kindly make changes to the document number and proceed with generating E-invoice.
